Return Policy

Returns must be in new and unused condition. They need to be received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from the date received.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. There are no restocking fees. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Gift returns will be processed as store credit only. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed. Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well.

How often are requests processed?

Return requests are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

Gift Returns

All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order.
