Warranty Coverage
Our products are protected by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for material and manufacturing defects, including issues with hardware like rivets, locks, and clasps. This warranty is applicable only under normal use conditions.

- Regular wear and tear.
- Damage caused by contents stored inside the product.
- Final Sale items.
- Purchases made from any retailer other than our official online store.
Repair & Replacement Process
If a repair is needed, we will do our best to match the original style and color of your product. If repairs aren’t possible and a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price.
